If the product is defective, incorrect or not as advertised, please kindly reach out to us via service@YMskins.com, including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed.

We’ll send you replacements free of charge as soon as we confirm the situation. There is no need for you to return the defective ones.

You have 14 calendar days to notify us of the issues from the date you received the item.
