WHEN WILL I SEE THE ARTWORK?
Between 4-5 business days (during holiday season, it can go up to 7-8 days) - we have an in-house team who work hard to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. Even during busy times, we aim to stay underneath four days (and we haven’t gone beyond yet!). Some art styles will take longer than others.
We should also note that quicker artwork is available, and we can get it to you in one business day if you choose the option during checkout!

How long does it take to receive my products?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.
Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS.
For digital file, typically within 5 - 7 days we will send you a sample for your approval. Once approved, we will send you the digital image immediately via email.
Can I change the Artwork after Approval?
Potentially - it depends how quickly you contact us after the approval and when we see your message. If we can reach the printing team and find your order to stop it, we will. If your message comes late and we couldn't stop it on the order line, we'd love to make you happy, so please get in touch - we'll see what we can do!
