PHOTOS SELECTION GUIDELINES
1. Make sure your photo has good and bright lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one's face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!
2. A head-on shot of your portrait is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your canvas!
3. Always avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS.

Delivery Time International: 1-2 weeks, although sometimes they may take quite a bit longer due to customs delay in your country.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ARTWORK AFTER APPROVAL?
Potentially - it depends how quickly you contact us after the approval and when we see your message. If we can reach the printing team and find your order to stop it, we will. If your message comes late and we couldn't stop it on the order line, we'd love to make you happy, so please get in touch - we'll see what we can do!
